How do I book services?
We are excited to share state-of-the art technology and that is why you can book your photoshoot directly online.
We will give you a call the same or next day to confirm the appointment. At this time you, can provide any information that may be helpful with your photo shoot.
What is your turnaround time?
We guarantee real estate photographs and services next-day by evening. We do our best to deliver floor plans and virtual tours as fast as possible, usually within 48hrs - our standard.
Can I reschedule after ordering?
Yes. You may cancel or reschedule at any time by notifying us via email, phone, or text. A $50 fee may apply if we aren't notified within 24 hours of scheduled photoshoot.
Do you shoot anything other than real estate?
We sure do!
We work with interior designers, architects, stagers, home builders, and businesses.
Buildings are our specialty!

How long will the shoot take?
We shoot around 100 listings per month, so we have this baby down to a science! Our typical home, around 2,500 sq.ft., will be shot in less than an hour. Time will vary based on size.
Will my photos look like the ones on the website?
Yes. All of our photographers have been trained with the same customized photo curriculum and use the same quality of equipment. No matter which photographer arrives at your home, they will be qualified to take website-quality images.
What if it rains?
We guarantee blue skies in every exterior photo. If it is partly cloudy or overcast, our virtual sky replacement technology will transform the photos into a bright, beautiful scene. However, if there is rain, snow or particularly gloomy weather in the forecast, we will be in touch to discuss rescheduling the photo shoot at no additional charge.
Do I need to be there?
No. For your convenience, our photographers are trained to help make sure the home is prepared for the photo shoot. They will walk through when they arrive to turn on lights, adjust blinds and make any necessary suggestions. We are happy to meet you at the property, work directly with the sellers, or access the home with a lockbox, but it isn't a necessity.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! Whether you are an independent agent, or part of a larger office, we would love to discuss your long-term needs. Based on how many listings you forecast to take, we are open to discussing customized pricing.
